I'm having a stuttering any solutions ?
My specs are ; GPU ; HD7850 O.C. GDDR5 2GB 256Bit
CPU ; AMD FX 8320 8 Core 3.5GHz With Cooler Master 412S CPU Cooler
RAM ; GSKILL RipjawsX 8GB DDR3 1600MHz

Its unlikely to be hardware related especially as your specs are ok, its almost certainly something you've installed.

Yeah well i suspected from the mods and i disabled them but im still having stuttering.. The strange things is when i was playing on the pirate version i had 0 problems.. Weird..

Funnily enough my stuttering dissappeared after I updated my Realtek HD Audio Drivers. I was trying to get my playstation wireless headset to work on my PC at the time - and I succeeded !

I've got a computer that is like half of the specs of yours, and it runs on the highest quality... I would reccomend verifying the game files and then reinstalling if that doesnt work. other than that, i have no clue

I got my stuttering to go away by opening my NVidia control panel, enabling SLI and VSYNCH
