SKSE problems

I always launch skyrim on skse because that's the only way most of my mods work. The only problem is yesterday (without downloading any new mods or anything) I try launching SKSE amd it doesn't work. Everytime I launch it through SKSE it says "Skyrim is not responding, windows is looking for a solution" then all I can do is close it.


Update: I just launched skyrim with no active plugins but the Skyrim.esm (of course), Update.esm, Dawnguard.esm, Hearthfires.esm, Dragonborn.esm through SKSE and still the same problem continues. I am running the apha build 1.7.0 because some of the mods I really want required it. I have been running this same build of SKSE and all these exact same mods for a while now so it must have over time become broken?

if you added a mod from Steam, then you must start Skyrim through the Steam launcher until the new mod is loaded up into your game, then close down Steam and launch with SKSE

I didn't add any mods like I said before but I'll try that thanks
