Weird freezes with skyUI and SKSE

when ever i press I or attack anything the game just freezes to desktop

My mod list is:
more people in skyrim part 2
skyUI.esp
dawngaurd
dragonborn
hearthfire

PLEASE HELP i tried to fix it for hours and all the skse seems to be rightly installed and it shows up in my mods for mod settings under the general settings and my favorites button(q) works and magic menu and mapo and level menu works too but this freezing is really unfixible and i couldnt find anything online.
