The property i bought from the Jarl of falkreath does not work, the items for me to start building the house is under the ground. And there is a lot of plants and rocks just hovering there.

what is your load-order, it should be like this: Dawnguard.esm, then Hearthfires.esm and then Dragonborn.esm

it wasnt like that, but I have changed it up like that, it still doesnt work :(

right click on Skyrim in your list of games, scroll to bottom and left click on Properties, left click on local files, left click on VERIFY INTEGRITY of GAME CACHE. when it's done doing it's thing it will say 1 or more files failed to validate and will reaquire them, if it's only 1 file that failed to validate DO NOT worry about that, just close that page and press play, the game will then detect your graphics card and will set it's recommand setting, but if it says more then 1 file failed to validate then that is where your problem was and now it is fixed. play on

Have you been to Pinewatch for either of the Thieves Guild quests prior to purchase? There are bugs associated with that sort of thing.

I have done some thieves guild missions before purchasing the property, but I dont think i have been to pinewatch yet cuz I dont have it on my map

Sounds like you have a mod conflict.. something is changing the land surface in that area. Do you have something that adds or changes anything in that area?

i have gone through all of my mods, and there werent any that changed it in that area.

wow you got some weird stuff going on in your game judging fromm the screenshot, that ground should be level right up to the mountain

did you try to Verify Integrity of game cache

yeah I did that and it did nothing

Have you tried disabling all your mods and then taking a look in that area, see if its still playing up? (start a new game if the game won't load, keep the current save safe somewhere)

P.S. use BOSS or LOOT to sort your load order to avoid conflicts of this kind

I think my skyrim hates me.... I removed all the mods and still the problem is here :'(

Thats majorly wierd... did you try a new game? (save usually preserves information about objects even when the mod that added them is removed)
