Hearthfire DLC Bug
Issues with hearthfire DLC.

Today im thinking about to buy a house from this DLC, house of Lakeview Manor on Falkreath.
I did some quests for the jarl on falkreath but he doesnt gave me the posibility to but the land cause of :
I killed Helvard for dark brotherhood
the quest "Talk with the jarl of falkreath" was bugged and i must to put a command console for complete it
And i did some quests before i put that command on console.

Still doesnt gave me the posibility to buy the land.
What can i do ?
