that will then download any missing/corrupted files and skyrim should work again, you then will probably have to install skse again
What was the last thing you did or changed before the problem arose?
PS. (M.O. does that time and effort to learn what it can do, it does link all the other programs together like SKSE etc. and start game through it.)
1. your graphics card driver might be outdated due to a lately update by steam try updating that
2. you might need to upgrade your software for example if you are running windows 7 try upgrading to the latest
3. try running skyrim and steam as the administrator to do this,
1.right click skyrim in your steam library select properties
2.click browse local files
3.locate the game executables (the application)
4.right click that to go to properties
5.Click the Compatibility tab
6.Check the Run this program as an administrator box and click Apply. then restart steam
1.Open Steam and navigate to your Library.
2.Right-click on The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition and select Properties.
3.Select the Local Files tab and then click Verify integrity of game cache...
4. Allow Steam to complete the process. i hope that one of these works
