Windows mouse pointer AND Skyrim pointer fix after alt-tab?

When I alt-tab while playing Skyrim, I get a second pointer upon tabbing back to the game. I have tried several solutions I've found on the internet and nothing seems to work. Why is this happening? Why hasn't this been fixed yet? and most importantly, what do I have to do to get rid of it? Thanks.

Tab in and out after you clicked the skyrim icon thats running , It helped me get rid of the windows curser a few times but its not a fix nor does it work all the time

If you do have to tab out open up the console first.

Tried that, it's useless, had no effect for me.

This actually worked for me. Thanks so much. Interestingly enough, I was not able to click on the text at the top that says "Click here to return to game." from the Steam overlay. I had to use Shift-Tab again to exit the overlay.

That was already posted and I already said it's useless (sorry for my bluntness, it's late)

I found i have to have a browser window open to be able to alt tab out now. Just drop it to taskbar while playing. Seems to work that way.

IDK if you ever found an answer but Optimization wise + Mouse wise, i use Memory Block Log, One Tweak (The Mouse fix), Skyrim Project Optimization, and if you have lag issues HiAlgoBoost (not a mod)

alt tab to your home screen and click on the game on the task bar and then alt tab using only the keyborad

Fix that works for me:
1. Open steam overlay (with shift+tab)
2. Click on the Skyrim Icon in your task bar.
3. Click on your taskbar.
4. Click on the black square (Skyrim).

tried everything and nothing helped now I play with a controller and leave cursor in the corner.. works perfect
