Where can I find traders? (Weapons, Potions, Clothes and Picklocks)
Every except for the Riverwood trader.

They're usually hiding behind the random tree stumps you see when exploring, or hiding under water, and even under dead animals. Sometimes, and stranger still, some take up residence in a town or village. I have no idea why they might prefer that to the great outdoors. The mind boggles.

TL;DR - Everywhere

Edit: and if you can't spot them, you need to level up.

Kahjit always have a trader in their group. If you mean Traitors...look up Ulfric the king slayer.

Lol - as your name implies, if you actually did a bit of wandering you'd find three groups of Khajiit and might even eventually realise they walk from "here to here" and back as regular as clockwork. Good times :D

Edit: Inigo tells me often - We are getting fit !!

i did lots of searching i add immersive patrols for 2 reasons:
1- more vendor npc.
2- more combat option
2.1 - just did 11k gold killing thalmors that were killing stormcloak while stormcloaks were busy trying to kill empire troops

Anyone who Kills Thalmor is OK in my book. Hat's off to you! :P
