Modded Skyrim Hangs on Startup

[The Cheesecake Enigma]

So I spent a couple hours modding Skyrim and about an hour ago, decided to go for a test run and I played without any problems for about half an hour. I quit out of the game to get something to eat, came back, attempted to launch Skyrim and all I'm getting is a black screen. Any ideas?
