1. Smithing - craft jewelry and dwarven bows for easier smithing XP.
2. Enchanting - hide bracers to an excellent job. Also banish Daedra will be your enchantment of choice for fast XP. Put that on an iron dagger and make some coin
3. Alchemy - anything with hanging moss, wheat, or giant's toe will cost a pretty penny and will give XP. Also, more XP is given for multiple effect potions and poisons.
4. Heavy armor & light armor - let a mud crab wail on you. If you equip a healing potion as well, you're leveling Restoration.
5. Conjuration - bound sword and raise zombie give the most XP. Or spam soul trap on a corpse.
6. Alteration, detect life used in a crowded city
7. Illusion - spam muffle
8. Sneak & any weapon skill - at helgen sneak while alduin is attacking for an easy level up. Attack either Hadvar or Ralof with your weapon of choice. They will not fight back and you'll level up your weapon.
9. Archery - shoot a essential character, like Barbas
10. Pick pocket - go into the cities and just do it, be naked when you do so, as you'll be harder to detect
11. Lockpicking - practice, and break lock picks, your XP will go up even if you break them.
12. Speech - sell, sell, sell.
13. Fortify Restoration glitch, look it up, and become a god.
Am I missing anything? I'm sure I am.
Here's a tip; on level 1 to 10/20, focus on combat skills or skills that you might actually use or it'll be a bit harder to catch up in late game.
