Buy the legendary edition, anyway if you already have the game, its maybe useless to buy 2times the game, but to the same price of one DLC , you can have all of them with the legendary edition. (Sorry I'm french.)

If you already own the base game then buying the legendary edition is exactly like buying all the DLC in one pack, but at an obvious discount.

LE doesn't give you the base game a second time. It simply fills the gaps of what you don't have with DLC. Choice of whether to buy it or not is up to you - same as any product :)
