Skyrim Crash to Desktop near Whiterun

So, I modded my Skyrim, and I started a new save/character. And, when near Whiterun for pick up the first quest, the crashes to desktop. I readed in forums to put the shadows in the low config, and did it. And it don't worked. So, here is my modlist (sorry for the bad english, that's not my language)

first start by checking your mods to the outdated and/or dangerous list

Some general advices first.

Disable skyBirds - Airborne Perching Birds.esp. It has been determined dangerous, due to probablitly of sever save bloat. Check your list of mods against other known problem mods.

Replace your old unofficial patches with up to date patch. Old patches are no longer getting any updates.

If you still have mods that actually require USKP, then you can use this to swap masters between USKP and USLEEP with TES5Edit. Process is pretty much automated.

UFO is also pretty much out of date. Use AFT of EFF. Latter is most up to date.

What comes to your actual problem, I am happy to see that your Real Shelter files are actually correctly positioned. :)

Sadly, I can't pick up any real problem from there. This sounds like a weather conflict, but it could also be a city mod conflict. I would start from weather conflict though.

Install this mod to make things easier for you, during testing. You can remove it later, if you want.

Disable your weather mods and redo Real Shelter patch. Use ASLAL to make a new game near to Whiterun and see if problem persists. If not, then enable your weather mods in proper groups and see what causes your game to crash.

If the problem persists, then there might be a problem with your city mods that I am unaware off. Repeat the process with them as well.

Tell us, if nothing fixes the problem.

ETAC doesn't work well with independat npcs( I know you do not have). there may be more mods as well.

I believe jk skrim mods only affect inside the wall and nothing outside but it may be something to verify. I use the jk lite mods by Nazenn and know those do not conflict with etac.

I have to admit that I do not use city mods. My attention was pointed to them, because of location of CTD and the amount of mods. Weather mods are the more common reason for this, though it may be something else as well.

Knowing who is managking JK lite, I would say that it is indeed safe to install.

What mod management tool do you use? XPMSE is in the wrong place, move to the bottom just above your patches. I did not see Realistic Ragdolls and Force, it is required by XPMSE.

XPMSE ESP file is not strict. The resource priority for it is -> order of installation (NMM) or last file in left panel (MO).

RRaF is indeed needed. I didn't pay attention that.

Skybird entries cause constant save bloat. SKSE configuration does not clear it. We have gone this trough several time: mod is qualified dangerous and remains that way.

This is not the place to argue about it thoug. You can make a new post to main form, so peoples can settle there - again - if you really wish.

Well folks, thanks for all your help (except for you, Bonder). I did all you said, but nothing worked. It was crashing, and I disabled some mods that probably crashing my game. The mod I think is doing it is Floating Healthbars (it crashes near the companions battling with a giant, so :P).
P.S.1: Probably is confliting with other HUD

I had the same Problem and i just deactivated the Immersive citizens plugin in the nmm.
Worked.
