*HELP PLEASE* Glitched First Quest
The way how i start playing skyrim is different than yours. You know why? Glitch, glitches every where.
It happened when the first Cutscene where General Tullius is escorting us(the prisoners) toward Helgen. His horse kinda a bit weird because for some reason, it charged toward the gate(where the "Headman are Ready" imperial soldier are suppose to be) and his horse is control our horse(prisoner escorting horse) so that means insanity was created. The horse ran toward each other and even hurt each other. Hadvar and his horse are like "♥♥♥♥♥ is going on?" And it is funny because its kinda like a Roller Coaster ride.
Then after the gate is opened, the horse ran toward the "chop-chop" area where we get to make our character. But...it didn't work well...so i'm just gonna play the game like normal people do. After I entered Helgen Keep with Ralof, i noticed that after he cut off the ropes on my character, it still glitched where you can't use your weapon. So i decided to take a break and ask a help from my friends.
You guys are my friends...kinda, so friends help friends! So help me solve this problem.

are you using mods?? if so start skyrim with NO mods and wait for first auto save before character customisation..since skyrims opening scene hates mods since its all script based as helgen does not exist in an undestroyed state thats why the horsees and other glitches happen

I bet you have a fast monitor, say 120 fps. That is a common effect that occurs if fps is above 60 fps . Skyrim's physics engine goes crazy above 60 fps as you have noticed, go into vsync in your video controller software, set fps to 60 for Skyrim. There is also a mod on nexus that does this for you.

I have this glitch too, and the only way I managed to solve it was uninstall and reinstall Skyrim, but of course that takes forever. Then, I launched with out my mods, and it worked great. I'd suggest that.
