Vanilla game - Black screen on startup

I recently downloaded the game again after upgrading to windows 10. The game worked perfectly before I upgraded to Win 10. As it says in the title I'm trying to run vanilla Skyrim. After the launcher the game starts and I can hear the music, but the screen is black.

I've tried to run it as admin and tried to run it with win 7 and win 8 compatibility, but none of them worked. Win 7 compatibility just made the launcher go in a loop. When I try to verify game cache, it says it has encountered 1 problem, but doesn't seem to fix it.

You might need to install .Net Framework 4 and Visual C++ 201X Redistributable.

The issue is with Vanilla not modded.
Edit: Oh nvm, found the link you were suggesting, I'll check it out.

Thanks, I'll try that after I have reinstalled Skyrim.

For those who are interested, my problem was with the latest GeForce driver update.
