Can't start new game with current mod selection, suggestions?

So I haven't played skyrim in a very long time, a maybe a year or two. Reinstalled fresh because I wanted to try a good chunk of the fancy mods out there. Used BOSS and tes5edit in order to tweak everything as best as I can see and it tes5edit no longer finds any errors.

My problem now is that when I hit new game, I just sit at the black screen with the dragon born symbol forever and it shows no signs of moving.

I know if I just go down the list one at a time I will find the culprit, but I'm hoping that maybe someone may notice something in my load order that I've overlooked that would cause this.

Use LOOT.

LOOT actualy didn't seem to be working properly so thats why I went with BOSS. It would come back saying nothing was in error but I knew for a fact there was some sketchy items and BOSS pointed them out. I'll try LOOT again though.

BOSS is outdated. LOOT is better. Make sure you read the readme for it though. I was confused about how to use LOOT until I did.

Well my apologies for doubting you guys, LOOT actually seems to have done the trick. I'm puzzled by the load order it's going with but tes5edit comes back with no errors and the game seems to launch correctly now so I won't complain.
