It is entirely normal and I don't imagine there to be a "fix" you can however get a mod like "Joy of Perspective" that renders the whole character model so you wouldn't be able to see through the arm in theory but then you would have to deal with the effects of doing so. Namely; the animations will not be aligned correctly with your point of view and when using a bow I find it incredibly distracting.
Why?
The first person model is simply a pair of floating arms, no body, no head; no anything. If you were to extend the field of view beyond its default value eventually you'll have the same issue on every weapon, It happens on the bow at a lower value because of the animation that is played whilst you hold it (holding a bow out in front of you as opposed to firing it from the hip)
Never had it in 1,000 hours at FOV 90.
