Steam Achievements from PS3 save?

Have put hundreds of hours playing Skyrim on my PS3 and am probably going to transfer my data over to the PC version (for mods and such). Just wanted to ask, would Steam gain the achievements from all that play time?

you would get achievements like have 100,000 gold and stuff that doesn't require a specific event but i don't know about quest achievements and ones like that or get a legendary skill achievement
