Skyrim: Legendary Edition Workshop mods not downloading

Hey guys, for some reason I have several mods Subscribed but they will not download from the Steam Workshop, do not display any text in Skyrim Launcher after waiting and do not show up in Data Files. What gives?

I've waited over 30 minutes in Launcher, and my Text Size in Windows 7 64bit is set to Smaller - 100%. No such luck yet. Any other ideas?
