From what I can tell, you probably have an integrated graphics chip... No. You can run the game, but you can't run it well. You'd be better off saving your money and buying a new computer.

Yeah. That, or play Oblivion. Trust me, if you're not dying to fight a dragon, Morrowind and Oblivion have high chances of being slightly better games.

Type ''dxdiag'' on Start. Run the .exe, go to second tab and it should say.

i played oblivion loads on my ps3 so dont realy want it on steam and i dont want morrowind to b honest but thanks anyway.

Judging by what specs you posted thus far, your GPU probably isn't too sufficient. You can run the game on Low, maybe some things on Medium, with some okay frames per second.
