NPCs are wearing weird robes

Hi guys.
I have weird problem - many NPCs are not wearing correct robes.
Here is for example Septimus:

Exactly the same clothes is wearing Farengar Secret-Fire and he is should wear this http://images.uesp.net/thumb/5/51/SR-npc-Farengar_Secret-Fire.jpg/180px-SR-npc-Farengar_Secret-Fire.jpg.

Same problem also has Heimskr who should wear these: http://images.uesp.net/6/6c/SR-npc-Heimskr.jpg

all three NPCs are wearing the same clothes like Septimus in the first picture.
I have many mods but even after I deactivated them they are still wearing these weird clothes.. Any ideas? Thanks.

I was under the impression those are their basic robes. I don't see anything strange about it. But it might be me.

Yes but for example Farengar should wear blue mage robes and he is wearing this: http://postimg.org/image/86zlbk48x/ instead.

One of your mods could have changed what they had in their inventories, so unless you start a new game or use the console to manually add/delete what they have then you'll just have to deal with it.

Okay, that is odd. It's quite late here so I am not too clearminded. Did you use mods that alter clothes or NPCs ?

Well first you could try to do:
Open the console -> Select the NPC -> use command resurrect

If that doesn't work then you have probably a mod which tampers with robes, or gear list, in some fashion.

See if you have Clothing and Clutter fixes in your load order. If so, then this is not a bug. I personally recommend using that mod, because it fixes a lot of inconsistencies and key words from the game. Additionally, it gives some variety among robes, as the description explains.

What the hell are you using to store your pictures?

I checked forum trough my phone, while my lady friend was smoking outside the bar. I somehow managed to open your link and it started to push "Free videos" link to my phone.

I made a mistake by checking forum trough phone. I should know better, so I carry my responsibility from my own decicions. But it was your link that tried to push BS to my phone - currently being inspected against malware.

I simply used postimg.org to post my pictures from steam.

You migth want to try something else. That site has blacklist requests all over the internet. I won't be opening any more links coming from there.

Try Photobucket, or some other free service that has higher reptuation than your previous one.
