What's your favorite aspect of Skyrim?
I'm genuinly curious to see what people think about different parts of skyrim. Maybe you love the armor... maybe you love the graphics? Just type a response! :) Also, thank you to everyone who has responded to this discussion! It is my first ever post on steam and I just did not expect this many replies! So thank you!

For me , just the completely different ways to start, i'm constantly restarting, i get so far then think, hmmm, might to this differently, don't think i will ever finish :(
Graphics mostly, I have read some folks think they are terrible, but I think they are awesome. Character build is very fun. I like it when my pc advances in a skill.

Some say this is a huge disadvantage, but I love the lack of structured classes and attributes. I can end up being whatever I want to be without lock-in from the game start. I don't have to plan out my character from the start, I can just play the game and see where the winds take me.

I can play the game the way *I* want to play it, rather than having to follow the developer's idea of how I should play it.
Alternative endings, mostly.

While the graphics are great to look at, I'm not a fan of all the game designs.
besides the graphics, I'd say the combat animations.
Melee combat and the occasional random occurrence. I love stunblimg on stuff while just roaming the world.
Brandybuck, I agree very strongly. Being able to level up each an every skill also allows for you to do so many more quests in game as well!

I have only finished the main quest about two or three times since I have had the game on both PS3 and PC. I always like to see what I can do differently! :D
It's utter mod-ability.

I didn't actually like the vanilla animations. They were too manly for a female mage and that horrendous jump animation. @_@

Can I just... Agree.... Just yes. What are some of the mods you use Panda?
I have a hard time pinning it down to just one thing, but if I had to pick, how completely customizable my characters can be, with both the vanilla game and the help of a few mods. I can have such a wide range of characters, from druids and pirates, honorable assassins and a faithful Daedra worshiper out to spread the word of their chosen Prince(s). I often find myself juggling several characters rather than just one, each of them with their own story and own questlines to discover and finish, while others are completely barred to them.

Sorry, guess I'm babbling a little, but that's what I love most. The number of people I can make, and the depth I can bring to each of their stories. :3

You're not babbling! You are making a very good point! Skyrim gives you an inifinite amount of characters to create. It is absolutely wonderful!

Now that you mentioned it, something I'm amazed with is the way the game plays out differently every time with a new character (referring to general game play). Very non-linear. I like that.

Thank you for saying so! :3 I have a lot of fun playing, and I'm glad to see you are too. I may be asking a hard question, but out of all the characters you've made, which/what kind was your favorite?
