Playing the tutorial - there's a flashing bean to coin button but clicking on it does nothing

Needs one. Steam is a PC platform and doesn't have a phone button to take you out to the main screen ~sarcasm~, and while Alt-F4 will close windows, a lot of newer PC folks don't know that.

Nothing in the tutorial or the manual says what to do when you think the other player is bluffing. How is it done? Can it be done?

I want to plant a bean on an existing stack. The bean I want to plant has a higher number than the top bean on the stack, but the field number at the top is dimmed out, and it won't let me plant the bean. Other fields are not dimmed out, and I can plant the bean in those (but I don't want to). Is there some other condition that must be met? Do I not understand the rules? This is one of the worst card game adaptations I've ever seen, which is a shame because the physical card game seems great....

For at least some of DigiDice's other games, like Isle of Skye, I can start a game on my PC on Steam, but then continue to play the same game on my Android phone later. This was done through an account merge, which was found at the end of the credits. Does Bohnanza The Duel not have the same capability? If it does, how? I don't see the account merge button in the credits. I own the game on Android too and would love to continue my games there....
