na
try this one but i have no idea if it will work
This game is SO FAST the 60FPS really hurts my eyes. It looks like double vision at high speeds. If anyone argues with that, they've obviously NEVER played ona 120hz monitor before. Games like CS:GO and DiRT Rally are IMPOSSIBLE for me to play @60FPS on 60hz monitor. This might go up there on that list, but since I have no choice, ill just have to SUFFER.
I have this same issue with Sonic Racing Transformed.. running that game at 120FPS would be amazing too.
Same with my 75hz G-Sync laptop.
I'll just have to play it on my TV instead.
imagine how much more fluid it would be at 144
It only took a literal decade but with the Hedgemod Manager, you can uncap the framerate up from 72, 75, 120, 144 and 165 FPS. Keep in mind that it's completely experimental and Sonic is extremely unresponsive if your computer can't keep the framerate stable.
