Yep, figured I'd be a pain in the ass for no reason lmao.
Although, to answer your 4 year old question, there's a low end mod, that may improve Chemical Plant. It's honestly just a sideffect of SEGA lazily porting the console version to PC.
There's also FXPipeline renderer but eh, I never saw much of a difference using it.
