Own PS3 copy, am I able to get a pc copy too?

I own Sonic Generations on the PS3, and enjoy playing it. However, I still want to be able to interact with steam while playing, and I cannot while on the playstation. Is there a way I can get a PC copy as well like Portal 2 had?

i don't think so but the the game is actually quite often on sale(not only steam but sites where you get steam keys)
