C:\Users\YourNameHere\AppData\Local\supercross\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

and add the following lines at the bottom of your Engine.ini and save:

r.SceneColorFringeQuality=0
r.SceneColorFringe.Max=0

I have MESX2 and can confirm that it does; any Unreal Engine 4 based game it should work.
