A little bit confused about DLCs content

Good day.
I'm sort of geek who likes to buy all the DLCs for the game he has. My problem is I have all the three Hacker Evolution games and I'm a little confused with HED DLCs content. Are these 1:1 replica of older levels or it offers new content and/or new possibilities? Is the music pack all the same for all the three games or these are the different packs for each of Hacker Evolution games?
I'd like to play all the games and all the DLCs, but I wouldn't like to pay three times for the same content.

The INCEPTION DLCs are the levels + mods from Hacker Evolution and Hacker Evolution: Untold, ported to Duality. While the storyline and objectives are the same, the gameplay is completely different.

But what about Hadrcore and Music packs?

Music packs is the same for all games except it's organized to fit in the resource file system for each game.

Hardcore packages follow the same story line but are different in gameplay between Duality and HE/HE Untold.

sorry to capture the thread, but if I understand the above right, there is no reason to start the old ones just because of the story.
If I have "Hacker Evolution Duality" and the DLCs I can ignore the old titles?

So, if I start the game for the first time and want the story from the beginning:
I start "Hacker Evolution Duality" and then...?

Basically, start with the newest game and start from the beginning... No need to play the older titles unless you want to experience the gameplay from back then.
But then again, I could be wrong.
Since it is on a bundle, I may get it, but I rather play it at its best.

Don't waste your time with the DLC, in fact don't waste your time with duality. Go play the original Hacker games and skip this garbage.
