New Feature: Victory Cards!
This update introduces Victory Cards to the Dino D-Day world. Don't
let the word "card" fool you, this is something completely different
than Steam Trading Cards (more about those in a minute). Dino D-Day
Victory Cards are a collectible in-game item that tells the story of
the alternate universe WW2 and the men, women, and dinosaurs who waged
it. The concept is rooted in real publications during WW2, as well as
the cards that were included in cigarette and gum packages. Each
series of cards fit into a booklet for an individual character.
Starting things off in this update, we've given you a booklet about
Trigger, the allied protoceratops; and a booklet for Kurt Streicher,
the Axis captain who is just as talented with a paintbrush as he is
with an MP40.

So what is the difference between Steam Trading Cards and Badges and
Dino D-Day Victory Cards? The big difference is that Victory Cards
stay in Dino D-Day for now. We originally created this addition to
the game before Steam cards were on the radar. We delayed our release
of our cards so that players would not be confused. Steam cards show
how awesome you are, Victory Cards just want to tell you a story.
Collect them all, and you have the complete story on that Dino D-Day
character.

We would love to hear your feedback on Victory Cards as we evaluate
them for future use.

Thanks for playing!

any plans for early access with dino2?
Curious! Not many games have classes which are really just characters with actual backstory.
More reasons to buy the game!
And people say this game is dead. Love you guys

As a German, I usually hate playing Nazis, but this is kinda fun, even tho I'm forced
to swap sides after every round.
But I noticed some pretty ugly typos and grammar on the cards and book, so if you like,
I can correct that for you!

[Edit] Oh, and more to the point: Nice idea, would be nice to have a card book
for all the characters and dinos.

So how do you get cards? coz ive been playing in servers and i havent found any, apart from steam cards but no vitory cards
just open your "book" it automatically applies without being noticed. Played with friend yesterday for about 2 hours and i thought exact thing but when i opened book there was so many cards added in it and funny ones too.

Yea it's shame i thought you will get noticed somehow.
I played for some hours and only got 1 card :(
I think you should make them a little more common. But maybe you could make then so they can repeat (Not sure if they already can) because ive been playing For over 160 hours total on dino d day and a good 80 hours since the cards have been added and i only have like 4 victory cards. :/
