Пробуй менять настройки графики, если непоможет полазай в интеренте, а так в саппорт.

I had the same problem, I fixed it by adding the TR:L executable in the DEP settings. Start > Control Panel > System and security > System > Advanced system settings > Click "Settings" under the Performance tab > Click on "Data execution prevention" tab > Click on the second option and then on "Add", browse the TR:L executable in the Steam folders, restart your PC and you should be good to go.

Didn't fix it for me. Having the same exact problem too.

Bummer. Seems like since I went from Vista to Win 7, I'm having some issues with games crashing out on Steam.
