Help with glitch

I just bought this game and randomly these large blue stripes flash on the screen. It would occur then go away, but now its not going away. It covers almost the entire screen. I cannot play ths game because its far too distracting. Is there anyone that can help? I don't want my money to have gone to waste.

1. TInker with settings, turn each one on and off to see if one of them is causing problems.
2. Update all drivers (gpu, mobo, sound etc)
3.Reinstall OS
4. Pray to our saviour Jesus Christ for help

im 10 years late. But Jesus doesnt help for the same reason kami from dragon ball doesnt help
