can a computer with vista,ati radeon4800 and 4 gib of ram run a game wich needs windows 2000,xp 2 gibs in hard disc 65 mbs of ram and Pentium 4 2.0GHZ?

Actually, since the game appears to be rather old, you might get some compatibility issues, newer Operating Systems have changed quite a bit from Win 2000/XP. But then, using compatibility mode or "run as admin" solve that very often.

Mostly not but depends on game ie win7 and Vice city has problems, Scarface won't even open.

Best to research the game with vista.
