Do you know if devs asked for permission or anything?
I don't doubt they are lazy and their game is ♥♥♥♥♥ (pretty sure they're responsible for a few achievement farm VNs - the feature lists are word for word the same) but are you sure they're stealing art?
There were allegations on their other game, Sisters in Hotel, over the sprites and cg art.

I'm pretty sure they haven't asked anyone. And especially the Japanese guy. He says that "I'm poor at English", and the devs can't speak English either (just look at their translation). Do you really think that Russian devs who can't speak English and Japanese photographer who can't speak English could have made an agreement?

Have you messaged either of the artists? If they make a copyright claim then hopefully the game will get pulled down?
