Is it possible to change the image for the default particle?

Probably not even how the game works, but i wondered if the default dot could be changed to a small brush or image or something for more detailed renders.

Indeed, not how it works - the stars are drawn as single pixel dots (which are really bright if close) and then bloom is applied. Can't really draw them as non-dots, sorry.
