Hello I just finished getting all the platinum trophies in this game and I'm still not at 110% How do I do it???

Last achievement I have left is recruiting Skelly Chan. I've only ever seen her a single time though, is there a way to force her to show up? And also, is there a way to lower the cost for recruiting her? 100 gems is quite a grind and I'm not sure what the fastest way to farm them is....

I did pick up a technique, a mojo bag, and healing items as well as extra HP's. If any of those are not allowed then the achievement should say so, otherwise it's bugged. Edit: Well I found out that techniques aren't the problem. I've been using the mojo bag to keep negative effects out of Blood Zone, is that actually not allowed??...

i mean there is one but i cant listen to it can anyone do something about that?
