Crash error D3D Device

I get an error that says the game al'avvio D3D device error and will not let me play ... but how can I pay and then I can not play, hmmmm know a solution please??!??

Can you please tell us what hardware you are using? A dxdiag would be best. If you run for example Intel graphic chips that could be the reason.

To be honest we havent tested the game under Win8.
Do you have the direct x version that comes with the game installed? Probably the game misses those dlls.
