I played through the game yesterday with some black lines overlaid on the screen, thinking it was part of the whole experience and that it would either disappear as I developed the character more or get worse as I encountered more of the corrupted parts of the game. However today I started the game for a second playthrough, and the overlay was so bad the game was unplayable. I've just finished this... I think?... And my feeling on the experience is... huh. I get that the idea of a game like this (which feels more like an art installation or a weird spook-meme game) is to prompt questions without necessarily providing answers...

Almost all games are on sale, with the exception of EPONYMOUS.. Why?

I know it's a PS1-like stylistic choice, but they're giving me motion-sickness. A toggle to turn them back to correct would be very welcome.
