Can't recommend this for £15 quid.

The atmosphere is pretty good and scavenging/exploring across the martian landscape can be fun for a while but as a multiplayer it is dead. Then there's the lag (!!!). Not slidehow lag but every once in a while there's a noticeable hiccup while the game sorts itself out.

I got this on sale and solved the server problems by creating my own (fixes the lag too!) which in a fashion also gives you a singleplayer mode. From what I've seen so far there doesn't seem to be enough content to make all this worthwhile, although for a casual gamer if roaming across a barren landscape, scavenging the odd ruined outpost while shooting spider-type bots whilst building random stuff and upgrading a skilltree sounds your deal then hey why not? Although there's better stuff out there.
