where are the servers for the usa? was playing on it last night, found a mega score from Fat Tires base, and now no server...seriously what the f?

I have updated to the latest server and client for MoM. When I login I can see my server in the server list (and join and play), my friend can't see it listed at all. My dedicated server is actually on another network, not the same as me so I too should be having the same issue if it was a port forwarding issue. I'm not sure why I can see it, but my friend can't. I had a password on the server, but removed it just in case. Still he cannot see the server. Any ideas?...
