The problem isn't Ubisoft or Redlynx, unfortunately. It's the bajillions of people pumping money into loot boxes in all the big games. The community has spoken and "we" love loot crates.

If gamers weren't putting money into loot crates the publishers would drop them quicker than a flaming ball of backdoor-brown.

The game will still be enjoyable even though the game has loot boxes. The game doesn't force you to open any (you totally get them just by leveling up) but its purely cosmetic items. Nothing more.

The big problem with the crates is it takes to long.

you get for every level you reach a gear box, its not worth spending money for them, but well its up to peoples if they want to give money out for skins, i droped a few item from it and for me its not very fun, you reach the frst 20 level very fast, I had untile level 12 more then 15 crates, was borng to open them lol but game makes fun and like i said the only items you get is skins for your driver and bike.

they shold be removed and maybe they will remove it later anyways, like the did it in the old AC games and like Shadow got them removed.

As has been pointed out, these loot crates are purely cosmetic. I do appreciate why players feel the way they do about them (not a huge fan myself), however, as it was also pointed out, you can always just not buy them.

Ultimately, they're intended for players who want something to help them stand out from the crowd when playing online, or even just those who are big fans of the game and want to support us further.

Yes, it means that some players end up spending more on our games than others and that does result in increased profits for us. It also helps us to put more money into new titles and to understand what players look for in their games. If players simply didn't buy these crates, they would not be added into games in future.

All in all, loot crates / cosmetic items in general have been a huge boon for the Gaming Industry, being a driving factor in the increased popularity of Gaming over the past decade or so.

They aren't a bad thing if done right.

Your feedback on the topic is still very much appreciated as this is a hotly debated topic. I do hope you consider the impact it would actually have on your enjoyment of the game though.
