If you're talking 'bout multiplayer, there was many of them a few months ago, but they've all gone inactive 'cause players experiencing too much lags, depending on the dedicated server location. Most of the multi servers now are player hosted.
In my opinion, with the numberous updates as well with the DLCs, gameplay have been enhanced big time, and I think the dedicated did not followed it (well, people managing them).

There is still some popular dedicated, but they are empty most of the time. The best dedicated servers out there for the players number and the popularity are the Von Snipe server, and all Spooney's place (I think Spooney have something like 7 of them - mostly one is popular).
