Youtube Video Uploads
I'm trying to upload a video for this game and for over 2 hours now, it's still @ 4% with over 20 hours to go!!! what can I do to make it upload faster other than, spending more money on my ISP? Is there another video uplaod source I can use that Steam allows, that's faster? Otherwise, I'm going to just say, fk it and stop the upload. This is going to last until early morning, tomorrow and I wish to play games TODAY!

Nvm, upload cancelled. 3 hours now and still @ 4%. To frkn slow for me.

Use the program named HandBrake. It will converte you video

Edit: Hey BlueTube, thanks a bunch. That program turned 21GB into 1.59GB. Whoah! Thanks again. :)

I even previewed the video afterward with WMP. It's all there. :D

Now to see how it goes with YT. Still lookinga at around 5 hrs. though but, that's much better. 306min instead of 1284.

Edit 2: well, it's now just sitting ther @ 6% and 292min left.

I give up, 292 minutes has remained there for 1hr 45min now @ 6% uploaded. I'm done with it. Scratch the vid.

By the sound of it,you're trying to download via dial-up.Switch to cable,or get a faster wi-fi connection,anything is better than dial-up.

I don't have ♥♥♥ dial-up I got 10MB DSL. I'm also wired, I don't use WiFi. I'll try again when I go to bed.

I use Corel Video StudioPro V5 for making the video montage and converting, this is a beast, easy to upload for the file size to be reduced from 30-ish GB to a couple MB, despite my ♥♥♥♥♥♥ wi-fi.

Tried and failed when I went to bed. I woke up and it was still starting to copy video. Idk wtf is going on? I've got a few videos uploaded already without all this crap. Hell, it didn't even show how long it would take to finish, either. Just spin is all it done.

Handbrake is for programs,that are in your possession already!! It will NOT WORK on programs that are on other download sites.If you apply handbrake onto programs you don't have,download speeds will be GREATLY REDUCED !!! Like 20 times slower!!!

I was told to use it for my own videos and it did not work. uninstalled it.
