"Failed to initialise D3D11; Error Code 0" What is the problem?

I just downloaded the game and when I try to open it I get this message.

check your video card as sniper elite v2 requires dx11 support. If its ok update your direct x and gpu drivers.

Step 2: update GPU drivers (if applicable)

So sent them an e-mail with all the infos. They'll help you.
