does it include the extra mission in the DL?

i want to know if the game contains the extra level that used to be available for download from the games website.

actually i haent played it in a while, i got to a level that seems like a crapton of work to 100% and i havent touched it in a month
tho i am working on making a sequel to this game :D

It does have the last level, I don't think it has a voice over for it though.
