Won't launch

I use a MAC, I received Castle Crashers and Critter Crunch as a gift from my boyfriend who uses PC, and I've installed it and tried launching it, but it won't launch.

These 2 games are said to be working on PC and MAC and is also in my 'MAC Games' folder.

I tried installing Spiral Knights to see if it works and it launched perfectly fine.

Can someone help me try to understand what's wrong or help me to get it working please?

Hi there, Christian from Capy here. Would you be able to send us your log.txt file? It will have some details on what's going. You can email the file to info at capybaragames dot com
Also, you might want to contact Steam Support because sometimes it can have something to do with the Steam software as well.

there is no log.txt file in my critter crunch... I played this game on the Play station and then realised that i owned it as a steam game but it does not launch and just goes through with the opening game and then nothing happens
