How to disable the Ubisoft logo?

It displeases me while game is starting.
Other games have skipable promo or have a option to hide it

just delete/rename files Ubi_sphere.bik (and if you want Capy_Logo_anim.bik too) in *STEAM_FOLDER*\steamapps\common\might and magic clash of heroes\res\cutscenes

I do not like them as a publisher. Each game was made by developer team, so they just bought it.
