Linux version on Steam?

Since this game is in the latest Humble Bundle, it obviously has a Linux version. Why isn't that available on Steam? Just wondering.

It is my understanding that Valve is in the early stages of beta testing Steam on Linux, and that Valve has released approximately two dozen titles compatible with Ubuntu.

The closed beta has been proceeding for about one month.

More time is required before a stable client is released, and before contracts between Steam and third party developers can be amended to allow Steam to distribute their software for Linux.

I've had the game on Steam for Linux for a couple of days, but today it disappeared. Anyone knows why?

Hi, since Zen Bound 2 is listed in the Store for Linux, I purchased and tried to install it, but get the error 'Zen Bound 2 is not available on your current platform.' I run Ubuntu 10.04 64 bit.

I just bought it myself, same issue. If they've removed it from steam, I'd like to know how I get my money back.

Well this is silly. It's in the Steam for Linux Celebration Sale but it's not actually working on Linux right now.

This game has a good functioning linux version which I picked up in a Humble indie bundle. I am not sure why it is taking so long to be released on steam. A fun and very different sort of puzzle game.

I don't think anyone really has a issue with it taking time to come to Steam... the problem is, it's in the Steam for Linux sale. I bought it because it was there and it looks interesting. It was rather disappointing to buy a game explicitly tagged as being for Linux only to be told after the purchase that... it's not (yet).

Seriously, if it's not ready yet Valve, don't put it in the sale :-(

I'm also pretty dissapointed with this. Don't promote it as being available for Linux if it isn't when I buy it, that's incredibly misleading.

I never said it wasn't available for Linux in the Humble Bundle, I am talking about the fact that it is promoted specifically on Steam as being available for Linux, but it is not. After buying it, I'm not able to play it, whether or not you can get it for Linux somewhere else.

Yeah, I understand. I'm just puzzled that it's not on Steam when it for a long time has had a Linux version.

I am also very disapointed with Valve, I see the game taged available on Linux, I buy it, but when I try to play I discover it's not avaiable.
This atitude is not correct and I hope Valve put the game avaliable quickly or turn my money back.
Seriously, take attention about why you put available for Linux, don't lie to the people.

Update: The situation is fix, now I can play on ubuntu 12.04 and it's beautiful.
