Game crashes when I try to run a campaign or scenario.

The game window miniamizes and then closes whenever I try to run any game. Any help?

Just saw this as I was running into issues.

My issue was a crash to desktop (CTD) whenever it tried to run 3D graphics. I stupidly enabled Direct3D which no longer exists in DirectX. Go into the game configuration tool, and disable Direct3D if it is enabled. .

I am having the same CTD issue when Direct3D is enabled. However, when I disable it, the game freezes immmediately after starting. Any suggestions on other things to try to make it work?

i had these problems. you need to enabele the 3d and run it from the steam library then choose compatablity mode. it should work fine from there.
