Multiplayer Crash

Okay so i have got it working with no sound, the way i did this was i looked into teh proporties of the game and added " /win" to the end of the game, this will make the game only appear in a small windows and not take over your screen (allows it to work) however when i use GameRanger to use the multiplayer it opens up the game but not through the shortcut with the eddited proporties so it takes over the screen and then im back to having the issue where it goes back to the windows, any fixes?

try using evolve or hamachi or something. it works, just not the same

i will try evolve as soon as i find a game, i cant imagine there would be any difference though as the game will still load up in max size
which will cause it to crash
