In Windows, go to the Start Menu. Navigate to Control Panel. Click on Sound. Under the "Recording" tab, Right-Click on Sterio Mix and choose "Enable."

For some users, it may also be necessary to start SWBFII, go to the Options menu, Stereo mix, and Enable effects.
