How to play the game in first person mode

Ok, so you can actually play this game in first person mode :)

First, create a shortcut on your desktop and add: +com_allowconsole 1

At the main menu press the insert key

Now type the following and press enter:
bind F9 "pl_FPS 1"

After that type this and press enter:
bind F10 "pl_FPS 0"

Now start the game and load a save or start a new game

What this does is makes it so when you press F9 it switches to first person view, and F10 switches back to third person view.
This does *NOT* turn on cheat mode, so you still get acheivements :)
The game actually plays pretty well in first person, all actions seamlessly switch from first person to third and back once the action is performed.

If you are playing with a controller you can use the Steam controller configuration to set mode-shifting on two of your controller buttons to enable these without having to grab the keyboard whenever you wanna switch
